Sitecrew strongly recommends that before you enter any agreement with the jobs posted on this website that you obtain your own independent legal, work safe insurance, public liability insurance, financial, accounting and taxation advice. Sitecrew is not liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you or anyone else in reliance upon any information contained or omitted from the website.

Once a position has been accepted by you or Sitecrew has assisted in placing you in a position, the employer is responsible for payment, superannuation, Occupation Health and Safety in the workplace, work cover and public liability insurance if not supplied by yourself as a contractor. Payment and work terms are to be determined between yourself and the employer. The Contractor acknowledges that Sitecrew is not liable to it for any claim, action, demand, suit or proceeding for damages, debt, restitution, equitable compensation, account, injunction specific performance or any other remedy, including for the avoidance of doubt in relation to Occupational Health and Safety, in relation to the event.

It is your responsibility to update your profile and provide the correct information. If you fail to update your profile and accept a position with false information it will result in the removal of your profile from Sitecrew. The information you provide must be accurate and licences must be valid and with you at all times.

Your profile
You may post User Content provided that the User Content is not:              

(i) Illegal, offensive, racist, obscene, objectionable, threatening, defamatory or invasive of privacy;       
(ii) False and/or misleading or in breach of RCSA's Code of Practice which is accessible here;       
(iii) Sexually explicit or containing sexual references or innuendo;       
(iv) Infringing any intellectual property rights;       
(v) Composed of a profile or photograph of any third person used without his or her permission or photographs of people under 18 years of age (even if they are your children);       
(vi) Consisting of or containing software viruses;       
(vii) Used for political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam"; or       
(viii) Impersonating any person or otherwise misleading as to the origin of any User Content.

Job Vacancy
Sitecrew gives no guarantee to you of the continued availability of any particular job advertised on the website and will not be liable to you should an advertiser have filled the vacancy at any time prior to removal of the advertisement from the website.

Sitecrew in conjunction with its host MelbournenIT have taken all precautions to ensure personal information is being kept secure and private, however as this information is transferred via the Internet the threat of persons unlawfully accessing this information exists. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions Sitecrew disclaims all liability to you.

General
If any part of this agreement is held invalid that part shall be severed from this agreement and the remainder of this agreement will continue to be valid and enforceable. Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.
